A little about Ducky...

Ducky has been wandering the globe for the past 17 years. She believes in slow food and slow travel. Slow food aims to preserve traditional and regional cuisine, through promotion of small, local businesses. Slow travel, allowing you to engage more fully with communities, favouriting spots enjoyed by locals rather than guidebooks. She believes in using food as a vehicle to understanding cultures and importantly, bringing people together.

Urban Forage and Urban Forage Foodie Adventures were born through her love of food and wanting to share it with as many people as possible. You can check out some itineraries for 2014 HERE

In between exploring new destinations and cuisines and visiting old favourites you will find her in Phnom Penh. Here she shares Cambodia's culinary delights with travellers on her Street Food and Market Dinners, Morning Market Tours and Roving Dinners.

I love her wholesome approach to food, life and adventure, and it's a highlight of my week to follow her travels to places I'd rather be.
